Before you start the application process, ensure you have each of the following documents in soft copy (upto 1MB in either PDF or photo of JPG format):

1. Passport Size Photo
2. Birth Certificate
3. National ID (For those above 18 years old)
4. KCSE Certificate/ Resultslip
5. KCPE Certificate
6. Previous Course Resultslip (For those progressing to higher level)

Login using the Code and Password received via SMS after completing Step 1 and upload the required documents.

To track your application, Click Application and Select Track My Application. Your Admission Letter shall be ready once the application has been processed and approved.

1. Enter your KCSE index Number (School Code followed by Index No.)
2. Select your KCSE year and
3. Click Download Your Admission Letter to view, download and print admission letter
4. Click on Course Requirements Here link below the Download Your Admission Letter button to get Course Requirements.
